The Cable gland -NPT Thread is indicated for sealing application and its use does not depend on the use of locking nut, operating at the base of the socket between the cable gland and the bore of the box or equipment.

This thread model is tapered of American standard and described in inches. An example of its use is the kitchen gas valve.

• Material: Nylon (Polyamide PA);
• Rubber: Thermo-Injection Elastomer;
• Rule: DIN 46320 – EN 50262;
• Protection: IP 68 – UV 5 years in black color;
• Operating Temperature: -40 ° C to 100 ° C and 150 ° C for short time.

The NPT threaded cable gland is suitable for threaded or through hole.
